Payment

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
Please note that all prices in our shop are listed in CAD. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Interac e-transfer and cash payments are also accepted from local customers. Please contact us to place an order if this is your desired payment option. If you have any difficulties in the checkout process, you can always contact us with your billing questions.

Delivery Info

Useful information about delivery.
You can purchase your items online and pick them up locally or ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on some orders. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time. At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times and prices vary depending on your selected delivery address. Each order is packed with love, so please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss return options.
We do not accept returns on personalized items (for example, a custom request to include a name or personal photo) or digital products. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us to discuss how we can fix the issue. Returns and exchanges are accepted for physical non-custom items within 14 days of delivery if the item is new and unused. A return label will be the customer's responsibility. A refund or exchange will be issued within 1-3 business days upon our receival of the returned item.
